In mode dark, the select option not dark..
How to fix this?

This is an ie thing, iirc. Run a search it’s been discussed before. Might even be an issue or PR for it on GitHub.

Looks like this might have been fixed last week. Try to update Filament to make sure you're on the latest version.
and make sure to run
php artisan filament:upgrade
