where can I find staff?
I'm looking to hire full time staff but I don't know how to find reliable people

Not here, if you're wondering. Create a google form, check for someone professional and active in your community.
you do want someone who knows the first thing about your server, right
chances are low that you'll find someone full-time unless they're below 18
Yeah by full time I just need someone to ensure plugins are up to date etc realistically they will be working less than 5 hours a month. I guess long term is a better way to describe it.
I personally hate any server work I've got Cisco certs and it reminds me of doing networking š

@Torrent You'll get exposure. No I'm joking of course it's paid. I wouldn't expect someone to work unless they were getting fair pay

I'm still looking but I'm talking with 2 people at the moment so we will see how things go. It is good to have contacts for the future with larger changes and when the server grows to needing more staff
