Star Rating - Checklist type / Tree / Not sure what to call it tho

Can you share a bit more information on your first thoughts? Which part exactly are you unsure about, the rating/stars input?
Yes probably on the star rating input, I'm actually planning to use the regular tabs, and inside tab will be a repeater that user can select specific item, and add rating to it
Solution
Maybe the stars can be a simple Radio field, with some custom CSS over it
I'll probably do that later for improvement
