possible? technically maybe, even remotely plausible? it would take years at best
Cortex, the dev of nvidium, has helped with some experiments for iris in the past. Believe me, if it was that easy, they'd have already made nvidium compatible.

You can install it alongside iris to get better performance when not using shaders, but as soon as you turn on shaders the mod disables itself
