Looking for person/company to run my server (ongoing basis)

Hey Admins! I have an idea for my Minecraft community, but I don't know how to research/present the idea I have. I thought this would be the best place to begin my search.
Long story short, I'm giving up on running my server. With what little information I retain on all the systems I have in place, continuous maintenance, and my general bandwidth as a content creator, I can't facilitate a meaningful experience for my community. It's still a place my community enjoys and a place I want to invest in... I just need help.
I'm looking for a person/team with experience in upkeeping servers (NOT just hosting them), handling my/the communities' request (add X plugin, etc.), and doing it in a way that's easy for my moderators and me to understand. I have a vague understanding of how most things work, but I'm not a computer expert. I don't write Java, I struggle with commands as it is. I want an experienced team to help me with this.
My player base is very small on a daily basis (1-5, but that's due to a lack of content and upkeep on my end). When I host large events, it shoots up to 50, and usually ~20 when I do build challenges on livestreams.
I bring up the Java programming bit because, as I've learned with others, they'll say "Oh, you have this problem? Install this plugin, run these commands, and if it doesn't work, do XYZ" and I get lost. I know the BASICS of how this stuff works, but I'm not experienced enough to troubleshoot when I inevitably do something wrong. I was using that as an example.
They need to be able to do whatever I say (within reason), basically. I don't have outlandish requests, but I'd need them to be taken care of promptly.
E.g. there's a new update out for Minecraft, and the server needs to be updated. I don't know when things update, but I need them updated ASAP. I don't want a community member to inform me of the issue.
Another example: The creative area has a place where TNT can be used to break through the barriers, and they escape the play area. I need it so that's not possible, and remove the items that allowed that player to do that.
I anticipated paying someone for this role.
Does anybody know of a person/team that could do something like this? Do services like these even exist? Any guidance or tips would be greatly appreciated.

@Sabinno and @ProGamingDK both individually handle this kind of thing, but this isn't necessarily the best Discord to recruit people.
There are some posts in #marketplace of people looking to fill this kind of role.
Maybe the helpchat discord would be a more fruitful spot

this is more of a #marketplace question. Their are people who are willing to come in and help run servers. usually if you hire admins and or someone who's job is to just help keep things going on the backend(keeping plugins updated, etc.) they can do this. I personally have done this for multiple servers.
