Charts crash after Action Modal closes

Anyone else seeing errors with charts upon closing an Action Modal?

livewire.js?id=99a05389:849 Uncaught Error: Canvas is already in use. Chart with ID '3' must be destroyed before the canvas with ID '' can be reused.

in my dashboard, I used ChartWidgets to display various graphs, everything is ok... I added an "esportazioni" HeaderActions, when I click to view its modal the errors are displayed in the console
