there’s no stable way to do it
Ive heard of sponge.
yea though that has a different api with a different set of plugins
Correct. But you will have plugins. Even though you should write em yourself sometimes
That isn't what op asked for. He asked for Paper and Forge. Not Sponge and Forge
Im sorry for the inconvenience. what i meant is you can install plugins with sponge. Its the title...
Right but OP's message specifically says paper.
What plugin are you trying to install?
It needs to be 1.19.4 :(
viaversion
They have a mod called ViaForge
You shouldn’t need a plugin
unfortunately it is not available for 1.19.4 :(
If its available for another versions, try to make it yourself, upgrade or downgrade the versions already made
Avoid using server software that combines both mod and plugin APIs, such as Mohist, Magma, Cauldron, Thermos, CatServer, Cardboard, and others. These server software clash, as Bukkit was made for plugins and Forge for mods. Mixing them requires significant changes to the CraftBukkit and Forge server code. If not done correctly, both plugins and mods can act strangely. Using these could mean we are unable to help you.
If you are running 1.8-1.16.5 (excluding 1.13-1.15), a good alternative to these is SpongeForge, a well-engineered solution that allows running SpongeAPI plugins alongside Forge mods. Many Bukkit plugins also have Sponge ports.
