How do deploy this Docker containers?

I'd like to deploy this project on Railway but it's not obvious how I should add run parameters when launching the docker container. Github: https://github.com/louislam/uptime-kuma Docker Run:

docker run -d --restart=always -p 3001:3001 -v uptime-kuma:/app/data --name uptime-kuma louislam/uptime-kuma:1
