Alternatives to tebex and or what should I do?
Tebex has false banned my store and told me to contact their support. I did and at first everything was going fine, I sorted out the reason they took down my store for and told them. Then, they proceeded to ghost me for a week straight, What should I do? It doesnt let me withdraw my money either.

My store got taken down because two of my packages didnt have enough delivarables. all it did was send an anouncement in the server that told the person to create a ticket in our discord to recieve their packages, after people created the ticket we would have delivered their package, this couldnt be done with commands as the package was a personilized brew in game and players had to tell us what they wanted the brew to do in the ticket. Ie color, effects.
Ive now added more delivarables to the packages
But I still havent recieved any sort of responce from tebex
One of my friends who also uses tebex also said that she's been ghosted by the support for 3 work days now
I genuinly have no clue on what do as I have multiple people that want to buy ranks or other packages and they cant
theres craftingstore but u loose out on chargeback protection
u sure this is allowed in the new CUG? sounds like a competetive advantage

(not privately or in an twitter x thread, making changes to the cug to be as clear as possible)
you getting blocked by mojang is a big thing if its your full-time job
