How come Sodium and Iris are both locked to 1.20.1?
It's a minor version, and as far as I understand there should be no compatibility issues. Why am I forced to find updates to all my client-side mods just for the newest version of Sodium and Iris?

Keep in mind that not all devs have even updated to 1.20 yet, let alone 1.20.1 I would have to find forks on forks, or fork them myself, just for these 2 mods
Sodium always updates to the latest version
Yes, but why is it locked to a minor update?
There's no compatibility issues between 1.20.1 and 1.20, right?
Not that I know of
Using 1.20 mods on 1.20.1 shouldn't be an issue then
I'll try
And soft-locking 1.20 compatible mods to 1.20.1 shouldn't be a thing then
I usually don't recommend doing that but if some mods have a version lock on 1.20.0 you can just change that in the fabricmod.json in the mods' jar
I'll try to find a 1.20.1 update for all the mods, and find a fork for all of them that don't, and manually update the ones that don't have a fork
(this is what i wanted to avoid)
updating to a minor version and upgrading my entire library of client-side mods for 2 mods
I'm actually delighted to say that almost all of the mods were updated for 1.20.1. I'm shocked
except indium...?
how can indium not be up to date with sodium
:wtf:
well thats lovely
It'll probably be updated in a few days
It usually doesn't take long
Although Sodium 0.5 is a rather large update, but the Indium dev was around in Sodium's dev channel too, so idk
