Votingplugin not giving crate keys
Hi,
Whenever I vote on the server the plugin is not giving me crate keys, does anyone know what the issue is? This is what's inside my rewards config file.

Does it send the message?
Yes it does
It sends the thank you for voting
But not the keys part or that the keys were given
Can you run the crate command normally? The exact command you have entered
Replace player with a name obviously
Yes it did work when iran it normally. I’ll try when i’m home later
Maybe remove the say command and put it in the message broadcast
Also check if there’s not multiple crates commands
If there is you’ll need to use something like this
pluginname:cratesOkay, i made it home
The command does work ingame when I change %player% to my in game name.

The command is correct it's /crates key give (playername) votingkey 2
no need for the say
okay i'll remove the say, but the key is still notgiven

How do i reset my votes to test it? There seems to be a cooldown
use /adminvote instead iirc
u cant reset votes on voting sites
Tried that, but it still doesn't give me the voting keys, it does give me a diamond tho

and does other command work if u put in there
It basically does this
Give a broadcast that player has received one key
While also thanking the player for the vote, which is from the other config file
Can the command be ran from console anyway?
