Does moleskin lose stiffness with time?
I bought a moleskine work jacket from Champ Des Manoevre and it's super stiff. I was wondering if it'll soften or if I should return it

It'll break in, like any cotton.
Yes though may take many washes and wears. It’s a work jacket for a reason, intended to be durable!
Throw it in the dryer on air dry (no heat) and some tennis balls
