As I understand it, I should have the fees waived, but have the following alert.

the fact of the matter is that you will need to load 10$ in credits to upgrade to the hobby plan and you will have to pay the monthly fee

If there is no way to negociate the fee to be waived, it is sad.

haha thats just a name change on the badge, its gonna say hobby whether you have the developer or hobby plan
