Render latency issues with unlocked fps and shaders

So, I noticed that playing with shaders on, my mouse movements start to feel almost slippery and delayed, so after pressing Alt + R, to check with the NVIDIA Overlay, it appears the game seems to struggle from major render latency compared to any other game. The only "fix" I've found so far, was to just lock the framerate.

as u can see, render latency with unlocked fps is almost double than locked List of things I've tried: 1. Turning on and off Ultra low latency mode in nvidia control panel 2. Checking out the latency in other games (It's way lower than in minecraft) 3. Setting my GPU Power Limit to 70%, bcuz why not 4. Trying an older version of Iris and Sodium 5. Setting priority to "Realtime" in task manager to javaw.exe 6. Messing around with CPU core affinity in task manager, like removing E-Cores and just seeing if it can do anything (it didn't) 7. Removing every single mod other than Iris and Sodium 8. Turning on raw-input 9. Reinstalling GPU drivers 10. Messing with other sodium settings

And here's phasmophobia with reshade, just to show that 30ms latency with 100fps is pretty huge
