If there's insufficient balance in my account or credit card, how much time do I have to clear my debts before I can't use any services?

you get a 3 day grace period, after that if credits are insufficient or card payment fails your services will be shut down to prevent an increasing bill, to restart you will need to pay the outstanding bill
ok well , its been nice working with railway , i think the journey has come to an ends , thank you railway for providing service , time to find alternative now i guess 🙂
