Why is my 4028 fan pulsating?
On low and high speeds it seems to be fine but on medium-high speeds it starts pulsating. Why is that?

Because fan is controlled via Pulses. Try changing value
cycle_time in Klipper in fan config https://www.klipper3d.org/Config_Reference.html#fanI see. The fan is the stock one included in the standard VCore3 kit, so I've currently used the
[include RatOS/4pin-fans/part-cooling-fan-25khz.cfg]. I'll try the 100hz one then, instead. After my current print...Seems like the issue is with OrcaSlicer, rather than the electronics. For some reason, I see things like this in the GCode 🤔

is this a bridge? there are a couple of setting in the slicer that will change fan speed. bridging is one of them.
