Are there any downsides to using Pufferfish+?
First of all the price does not matter, all I saw on their website was that they replace some functions with their asynchronous counterpart ( added image ). The servers I would use puffer+ are expected to have 50+ players on at one time. So are there any downsides to using puffer+ instead of Purpur which I currently use ( I do not use any of Purpur's features )?

I don't recommend Purpur at all unless you actually have a use for their plethora of niche features. It's a mess; they throw in Spark and add a sh*t ton of features that would have been better off as a plugin. It's also buggy. An update turned the entire world to stone. If you're using it because of the "performance gain", just use Pufferfish, as Purpur takes patches from Pufferfish.
In my opinion, Pufferfish+ is only worth it if you have a massive server with hundreds of players on at a time, or if you are using Pufferfish Host. In that case, you will get it for free.

Did you encounter problems with it?
Because i cant use pufferfish platform at the time. And the region is also not suitable for me. So i want my own custom server. Is there an alternative to pufferfish?

If you can’t use pufferfish (the free open source version) just use paper
If price does matter, there’s a chance you’d be better off just getting nicer server specs than spend a lot on pufferfish+
