Hey guys! I have my cloudfare set up on my site but how can I get the captcha check for them to provide they're a human?

If you want to challenge absolutely everyone, turn on "under attack mode" and you're set
If you wanted to scope it to specific IPs/countries/browsers then go to Security > WAF and create a custom rule with one of the challenge actions https://developers.cloudflare.com/fundamentals/get-started/concepts/cloudflare-challenges/
