Upgraded plan, moved servcies -> db wiped. please help
My services were taken down withouth notice and now my production database is wiped when i upgraded plans.

it also says i am still on the hobby plan while i just paid for the pro plan

personal it says on hobby plan

my services got stopped last night, without notice, saying i did not have credit. When i logged in it says i have 18$ credit left

have you confirmed your data is gone with a client like pgadmin? the railway plugin's data tab is not reliable

I moved the services to the team environment because otherwise it wouldnt start up again
have you tried restarting the database from the database settings?

just noticed my latest db backup is also from 22 june
while i used the db backup cron thing that were in the docs
im sorry this was your experience on upgrading to the pro plan, im still gonna flag the team so maybe they could dig into what went wrong

main thing now is that it seems that there is still some credit left in my hobby plan account
do you think you could put a date stamp on when you dragged your project into the pro dashboard area?
somehwere between 7:22 (made the pro plan purchase) and 7:30 CEST (amsterdam time)

Hey Thomas, my guess would be that your DB crashed due to something Strapi or your application did as we've had no incidents of DB crashes on our end.
As for the credits remaining in the Hobby plan, if you'd like, I can deduct them from your personal account (which would then become a free account) and transfer them to your team.
Alternatively, I can deduct a partial amount from your personal account so it stays on the Hobby plan in case you want to use both accounts.
