RelationManager Not working
I was trying to follow "getting started" instructions and https://beta.filamentphp.com/docs/
on creating a RelationManager my "treaments" table within the edit page of the patient, the add button / edit row is not there
please refer to this screenshot

Can u confirm ur RelationManager has
getHeaderActions() with CreateAction in it?probably not.. there is an example here
