How do they compare to suitsupply. I tried suit supply and jcrew today. Suitsupply fit me really well. I was amazed but 500 is pretty steep for me. I seen spierandmackay suits are similar quality but they have a sizing problem. Any thoughts on this issue . I fit really well both in a 38s(more loose )and 36s(more tight) in suitsupply
spierandmackay are cheaper as i found some suits for 300-350 which seemed good after discount. They are from the clearance sale, does spierandmackay allow returns for clearance sales
I did try j crew but the shoulders did not fit me well.

So if the item says "Final Sale", it's not returnable. Found that out the hard way lol.

That one looks like a normal sale, so you should be able to return it if you have an issue with the fit
Their service in general is uber slow just FYI, if this is something you need soon you might not want to go with them. I have a few of their sports jackets and a pea coat from them. It's quality for the money for sure.

i would say no - if you only have a week and a half, you prolly wanna get something off the shelf, and take it to a tailor like today so they can size you up and get you looking sharp
so if you live in a city and have access to suit supply then that's a good option. The guys here might have better ideas - there's a menswear guru named gimp who's an expert - hopefully he'll show up
for what it's worth, I also have a j crew causal jacket that I like a lot, but it fits weird in the shoulders too lol
ebay a good idea for supplysuit
You'll struggle to get an ebay suit and make the necessary alterations within a week and a half
You have a week and a half, you need to buy something tomorrow and bring it to a tailor within the hour and pay for rush.
