Keychron K8 Pro Cable connection issues
Get ready for a weird one. I been experiencing issues with my keyboard as early as a week ago.
usb cable direct into my pc (or laptop etc) does not function. windows device manager sees it but says unknown descriptor failed etc.
however, my Gigabyte M28U has a built in KVM switch and plugging it into that monitor it works fine without issues.
i managed to reflash the keyboard firmware in QMK firmware and re add my shortcuts in VIA software. but my issue still persists.
tried various usb cables from usb c to c, usb a to c. c to a. nothing.
I am still under warrenty so i might send it out but idk
