Stayed up until 3am trying to fix this...
so now I must turn to the modders 10x better at trouble shooting than me.
Any ideas what's causing my modpack to crash every time I launch it? https://mclo.gs/zeqhe7W

What's water media
client, server is doing fine with the same mods.
Client logs as it said prism launcher
API for a video/cinematic mod
watermedia is causing ur issues
but send debug.log
will do
I was gonna say that look
where is debug.log located?
I'm normally in the forge side of things, doesn't have this
Must be in the logs folder
nope, already checked
if im a bit blunt, I apologise. just abit tired
ctrl + f ?
tried that aswell
well, ur crashing issue is watermedia, more specificly a gif
but could also just be the mod in general
ill try removing it.
It's almost 5am for me I'm gonna explode
:p
same here
i was supposed to go to bed at 3
ME TOO
But I didn't felt like it
(we are sailing at 6 :-:)
Now my sleeping schedule won't recover
jeez
IDK WE'RE DUMB
mine has been practically a different timezone since last monday :(
Are you launching mc without the mod btw?
Gonna stay to see how it goes
yes, doing it now
Still crashing: https://mclo.gs/oPGNJxs
Try this
Remove C2me and vmp if you have that
Multithreading tools are experimental
It might fix the issue, no promises tho
Remove debugify
And bluemap???
Why is bluemap in your client lol
Huh?
Those are mods
You have them
New log: https://mclo.gs/OXIbdl3
They attempt to run tasks multithreaded
Kinda risky in modded mc
Try to turn off these two
doing that now
No promises but it's worth trying
What's squaremap?
smh, another server mod
im so dumb when im tired
I'll probably have another look in the morning, when my brain is intact
Here the final log if your interested in another look through tho: https://mclo.gs/p3F1xQX
If you find anything, just drop it here :mc_fox_sleeping:
Update those maybe
And hey now the logs are making sense
Kind of
I'd drop more chat history
Server is complaining abt that
Rest well, issues are fixed after a good sleep and a coffee
You might need to !binary if stuff is still broken
Ejem, ! binary
huh
! binary
Binary search your plugins
Remove half of your non-essential (ie not things like PAPI or LuckPerm) plugins and see if the problem is fixed.
If it still persists, the cause is in the half still installed.
Continue to halve the remaining plugins until you've narrowed it down to a single plugin.
Congratulations, you found the culprit.

Now instead of just dying they are actually saying what's going on
Uh there's this mod called not enough crashes which is pretty cool to see better crash reports
It has a feature I like which is guessing what mod could be causing a crash
And log deobfuscation
Heading out to sleep too
woke up. removed a random GUI mod. fixed it.
Coffee really is a life saver :coffeecup4:
Optigui? @Theo
I has problems with it from Minecraft players that used the Mojang Launcher
Yes! I was using Prism tho :?
You're on windows?
Yup
@Theo
Interesting
Pretty sure it just clashed with costmetica, all fixed tho
I'm on Linux and a prism launcher user, and optigui did not crashed for me in a 1.19.2 but for my friends it did
But I don't think it must be an OS issue
That's a weird correlations
so is modding in general lmao
