Good beard beard shampoo/cleanser UK?

Trying to look up good products to use but the amount of products is a bit overwhelming. Beard's about 1-2 inches long and can get a bit flaky on the chin so something that's good in that regard would be good, any beard conditioner recs welcomed too

best thing I found when I had a beard was to make sure you are using some beard oil or balm in it daily. The hair is going to draw the oil from your skin which is what causes the itchiness, dry skin, flaky skin etc

I do use balms and oils, although I don't always remember to do that daily Actually that's a point, beard balm recs would be welcome as well, not super keen on the smell of mine

I like this stuff. it's pretty cheap and the smell isn't very strong

this was the biggest thing for me. I definitely noticed the dry skin when I would forget to use oil/balm etc

I mostly use gravebeforeshave.com when I have a longer beard. Shampoo and conditioner seems fine. I prefer oils over balm/butter/wax. Sometimes I get other oils, and use those to try and match a cologne

Proraso is a classic and good beard oil. Stopped using it myself because I wanted something neutral that didn't interfere with my perfume too much. For shampoo and conditioner honestly I just always use my regular one. Never had an issue with that and I have pretty sensitive skin. Be sure to get a good regular shampoo/conditioner though. Holland and Barrett have some great options, Zarqa for example is great for sensitive skin
