$100-$200 on a suit is basically throwing money away. I’d do it if you needed a suit ~now and can’t afford the time to save up for something from like Spier and Mackay

Great reviews from people who don't know much ... is not super useful. At this price point for a new suit, you are basically gonna get something that looks bad to mediocre in most cases. Unless you need a suit literally right now and this is your budget, and you find something that fits perfectly (bring a friend who knows good fit, don't just ask the sales guy), I wouldn't recommend it. The basic problem is one of economics. Any half decent cloth will cost like $100 for a suit, alone. How could they put together a whole suit and sell it at a profit given that restriction? (Great cloth can be very expensive, so I don't mean it's $100 in great wool. Just the lowest end of what's worth wearing in a pinch.)

Well, then, sounds like you know what you're buying. Bring a friend with a good eye for fit, and then get it tailored.
