With $60 you'll likely have to wait for sales at mall brand places like Uniqlo/Jcrew/banana republic or try your luck with very bad fast fashion, or search second hand on eBay/Facebook marketplace/depop/vinted etc.
Second hand definitely the way to go. I've seen a bunch of similar jackets in great condition at around 60 USD
Plenty of Barbour jackets fit similarly to this. Readily available 2nd hand (at least in the UK).
And generally very good quality as well
