looking for penny/driving loafer suggestions

More specifically, I’m looking for casual loafers made of very soft leather or suede. Without getting into too many details, I have bone spurs on both heels that get aggravated when wearing firmer leather shoes for long stretches of time. I’ve been relegated to sneakers almost full time, but I’m looking for some options. I lean more basic, and would like to avoid looking even more middle aged dad.

Meermin unstructured loafer, Alden unlined LHS look for unlined loafers specifically as they’ll be softer!

Is the issue with the stuff uppers or the heel stack/footbed? If it’s the uppers then go with puma and get unlined suede loafers/chukkas. If it’s the footbed you’ll need to wear a softer sole or something

Uppers. It’s back of the heel rubbing against the back of the shoe that aggravates a bone spur
