My notifications don't work, in a project a development has gone down few times, but no notifactions into email

does the project show as crashed?
no, its i have problem with notifcations not coming to my email overall
show also im not on "Your account is not on a valid plan. Please visit railway.app/verify for details." but says im on hobby

did the emails go to your spam folder?
no i checked multiple times, with writing even in railway to search
there are emails but no notifcations of crashes
last email was 15 of july, but today app crashed, it did not send me message
did your deployment show as crashed in the dashboard?

today i redeployed project
well if your project wasn't registered as crashed, then no email would be sent out
but, hmm.. fix was to redeploy the project though
now its running again
your app may have soft locked itself
that would be an issue with the code, and not railway

Okay, billing, it seems nothing yet has been paid for hobby plan and i have team plan which ive paid for, but theres no project yet in there. So if i understand and am brave enough I can transfer my current project there and it should work because ive paid already for Pro plan?
Would the development keep working if i used current situation or need to eventually move to Team Plan?
I read about somethin theres a Phantom plan or issues sometimes, is that the case with my project?
And my current project still says this Your account is not on a valid plan. Please visit railway.app/verify for details.
I just want to make sure development runs smooth and send notifications to my email about any issues
and bills me when nessecary
