Undeployed Project is stealing Usage!
I always stop my deployment before the cost reaches around 5 USD. Now this month, although there had been showing "No deploy at this project" in my project's status, the project is still running in invisible or stealth mode in an innoticable manner. But when I check the usage, it is now 6.98 USD, exceeding 5 USD by 1.98. I think that cost was steadily and slowly increasing in stealth mode just for a created container, which is not completely dead at the railway server side.
I am not willing to pay for the usage that I didn't really use. When I try to contact through email, it discriminates users by its plan. Of course, I am using a developer plan.

do you have any other services in other projects running, or maybe a database running somewhere?
