Is there a way to see the details of the estimate cost from this?
So i've look into manage subscription link from my account. but there is'nt any next extimate payment from the page. i've provide the screenshoot.

From your dashboard, if you click on your profile top right, select usage, you will see your estimated cost
It will look something like this
thank you... i just wondering how can i know if i got fee waived on my hobby plan. since the details that i saw on manage subscription page like on this picture
It shows there that the fee is waived for you.

this is actually not my account details plan.. i just took it from someone post and provide it for example

Based on your screenshot, you would not have the $5 waiver. You would be billed $5 + usage.
The plan will cost you $5 which will cover up to $5 in resource usage. Then you will pay anything over.
So, if your monthly usage came to $7, you would pay $7
