Hey you can try this
your Riot Games file might be in a different place
in the riot client you can find it. settings > valorant
after that right click on VALORANT.exe and click on properties
then click on compatibility

Fix Valorant Couldn't Start Returned Error | Valorant Not Launching...
Today i get the following one error notification while i try to starting up the valorant game in my windows 10 pc :

Since the file type is Application so it basicly is an .exe

Have you tried opening up with administator?

Rightclick the app, open by administator

Sometimes simple things like that can fix problems
