Paying for power of any sorts in a minecraft server is too p2w for me.
I think it's fine tbh
no rtp cooldown is fine if you have a smart rtp plugin

Like you can see players near you
If you are raiding someone you can use /near and see if player is near you(let's say if he's hiding underground)
or u can use it to find other people's bases

is there a fork thats works with 1.20
something like a login bonus is pretty good
like the default rank gets $100 per day
then maybe the top rank gets $500 a day
At most, I think p2w should just include some basic QoL commands and nothing that gives a straight advantage over another player
Other than /near, I think its pretty balanced. Props to you for really trying to make sure your server isn't P2W, I think a lot of admins just add whatever they can to get sales up.
It works on 1.20 I think
