Stepper motor clicking sound

Hi, I assembled my first ratrig and doing calibration prints at the moment. However my left stepper motor is making clicking sounds when rotation changes to counterclockwise. Any ideas what might cause the issue?

is the pulley on the motor shaft tight? WAG here.... you might have first snugged it down while not completely aligned with the flat of the motor shaft. A tiny rotation and it;s the set screw tapping on the flat as it rotates.

Yeah that was the issue. Both were tight but I slightly opened and retightened the pulley screws and it fixed the issue. Thanks!
