Cannot init new project

I tried creating a new app as per the docs.

$ npx nuxi@latest init nuxt-prototype

npm ERR! code ENOENT
npm ERR! syscall lstat
npm ERR! path C:\Users\...
npm ERR! errno -4058
npm ERR! enoent ENOENT: no such file or directory, lstat 'C:\Users\{...}\npm'
npm ERR! enoent This is related to npm not being able to find a file.

Running Windows 11, node 20.3.1 and npm 9.6.7. Any ideas what is wrong?

Solved it by manually creating an empty folder named npm in C:\Users\{name}\AppData\Roaming
