My postgres database wont start, eventhough plan is not exeeded.
My Services all went down, because my balance was zero. I purchased credits and everything works again, but the postgres db. it just shows "plugin stopped" and when i click on start plugin it shows a red warning saying "Error starting plugin - Problem processing request". Please help me.
