Can't connect to postgres
I recently upgraded to the hobby plan after running out of resources and I wasn't able to start my postgres service, but once I did
I couldn't see my data on railway.app
But when I try to connect from my local device i get this error:
psql: error: connection to server at "containers-us-west-4.railway.app" (35.247.106.84), port 5931 failed: Connection refused
Is the server running on that host and accepting TCP/IP connections?
