Run service in US-East region?
Is there any way to force a service to run on a server on the east coast?

railway doesnt have a us-east region, only us-west at the moment
why when I call toLocaleTimeString() from the server it returns as if it's running in UTC time zone even though its running in west coast?
because the timezone is set to UTC, as standard practice with most server applications, all time data is stored and processed in UTC and converted out to the users time zone for display purposes
