Heads in chat
How would I get my chat to show heads by there name like shown in this video? Is this a server thing or a client thing

Often Client thing
Its a client mod. I actually have it! Its called Chat Heads. Here it is on forge (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/chat-heads) and Modrinth (https://modrinth.com/mod/chat-heads)
