you're going to have to give us details on what's going wrong, an explanation of the situation and the errors you are facing, what you have tried so far, etc etc
ok. When i developed my project at local, i use python manage.py createsuperuser to create an admin account and used it with django administration page. So i want to know how i do the similar after i deploy, i mean is there a command or terminal for me to use manage.py createsuperuser? i deploy my project with django, i am also using postgre on railway
Here is my posgre on railway
ah there we go, now I understand
you will want to install the railway cli so that you can then run the command
railway run python manage.py createsuperuser
please read the cli docs here
https://docs.railway.app/develop/cliso i will install npm i -g @railway/cli at my local project ?
after install, do i need t add this to requirement.txt ?
no
and need redeploy or not ?
after you have ran your desired command, I don't think so, it will upgrade the database directly
Ok, it asked to link to project
indeed
i have 3, one is project deloyed, one is postgre and one is combine of them
which i should choose
the project that has your django service
i am done
thanks for your support
💯
oh i have 1 more question, about my plan
i charged 5$, so if i run out of 5$, will it continue charge ?
are you on the usage based plan or the credit based plan?
Hobby Plan, i used this, i used my credit card for charging
do you load the credits onto the railway account manually?
You are only billed for what you use minus a $5 discount every month. You have 3-day grace period to pay for your use ?
they said that
that doesn't answer the question, either way you are billed 5$ every month along with any extra usage above 5$
no, i just used for my project, it will last for one week from now
okay well my answer just above explains the billing
