try with only iris and sodium on a singleplayer world without resource packs. iirc this is caused by a conflict between iris and other mods

How to get a log file:

But it doesnt exist in the folder
you need to go through your mod folder, check if it was renamed
if you want, just remove all mods except iris and sodium
and see if it still has the issue
