Would I get my hobby fee waived if I pay a bill for the current month?
I'm currently on the developer plan and am not verified (despite an old and active github account 😔), I would like to know if exceeding the $5 credit and paying the bill for the month of July would mean I could switch to the hobby plan with the fee waived. Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately not, if you don’t have the option to migrate to the plan then you’re unable to benefit from the waived fee.
