Suede shampoo and suede brush. See what happens. White vinegar can also get stains out of suede but can also remove colour.

If it hasn’t shrunk, a suede brush might help to bring back the texture. The bristles are a little harder.

I’m a big fan of warm water with a couple of drops of dawn and a toothbrush is the suede brush/eraser doesn’t work. I just also recommend having a suede/spray conditioner for once it dries. Once it’s dry and conditioned hit it with a suede brush to bring back the nap

Worst case scenario, you could focus on getting the texture back and commit to dyeing black to address the stains. If the texture is still bad, you could commit to a waxed suede and buff it out down.
