Confirmation of eligibility for Hobby Plan fee waiving
Hi, I believe I might be a verified user as it says so when I visit https://railway.app/verify.
Also, for a second when I visit the page https://railway.app/account/upgrade, it shows the image [1] below before settling on image [2], implying that I'm already on the Hobby Plan? However, image [3] on my dashboard seems to imply that I'm not on the Hobby Plan yet
I'd like to have confirmation whether I'm eligible for the verified user fee waiving before I add more credits to my account, thank you

You can navigate to the “Billing” settings and click Manage Subscription and check the following to validate a waived fee.

My active plan is still Developer Plan on that page and I don't have a next estimated payment
I think this is a bug.

Just to reiterate
- I would expect to be on the Developer plan currently as I have not yet chosen to move to the Hobby Plan
- To move to the Hobby Plan, I would need to have a balance of 10$ credits, which I am willing to pay
- But I want to make an informed choice, so I want to know if I am eligible for the fee waiving before paying to meet the 10$ credits criteria; the upgrade page seems to show that I am eligible and then immediately tells me that I am already on the Hobby Plan

Ah nvm another issue arose
I believe I topped up an additional 10$, and it put me back on the Starter Plan (I was previously on the Developer Plan), with the ability to "Unlock Hobby plan"
However I get this error when I try to subscribe with the same card I've always used with Railway

Also, did you see any errors when you did this step?

I'm not sure; I selected the option to top up 10$ to be able to switch to hobby and the next thing I saw I was on the starter plan; it also looks like I don't have stored credits anymore? (I had 5$ previously before the 10$ top up)
