N/Ayou can upgrade to the hobby plan, there's no verification requirements on the hobby plan
i'm syrian we dont have credit cards
respectfully, that's not something railway can help with
the changelog posted by railway said that accounts who are verified will be able to continue using railway without a monthly subscription, my account is legit, could you please verify it?
