My Github cannot be verified

Hi guys! I am having a thesis project need deploying. A friend of mine suggests using Railway. When I first register, it says my github account cannot be verified, so I cannot use the free plan! Anyone can help me with this? This is my Github account: https://github.com/HoangMinhBK

you can upgrade to the hobby plan, there's no verification requirements on the hobby plan
