Hello, I just want to know if there's a free plan, I was using the Starter Plan and I was verified, I think.

Just once? And then you have to pay to the Hobby plan?
5$ a month + the extra?
hobby plan is minimal 5$ with the first 5$ included.
say your projects use 2$, you will only have to pay 5$.
if your projects use 7$ you will only have to pay 2$
