weird extrusion artefacts.
Im not sure what this artifact is from.... i looks to be vibration generated but then again its not in the same spots as the ghosting and is pretty random on the straights.
My belts are binding somewhere (waiting for FMMM) so im wondering if thats the issue. libra mini and rapido uhf.

forgot to mention. this is petg that is being actively heated. and the artifacts are there at 5k and 15k accel along with 100 and 250mm/s. did a wood grain test and it passed with flying colours with no major artificing.
gonna test without having IS running.
Round shapes seems to be the main issue...
what extruder are you running
Libra mini
Sherpa with 1:6.25 gearing
I think I figured it out. Might be a scv thing.
Using orca I have jerk set to 0. But I think it's actually using 0scv.
On straight lines it's a non existent issue.
Straight lines with no mesh tesselations.
Did it get fixed ?
Haven't tried yet.
nope didnt fix it.
when i move the gantry frotn and bakc i can see the toolhead jump left and right a mill at specific spots in the middle. looks like im back to binding belts as the main culprit.

Mine also does that (head jump), what's the issue/fix for it?
One of the belts gets stuck in something, causing it to move sideways.
Well. Diagonally.
Fix... Make sure belts don't bind.... Aka rebuild properly

Oki jump was a bit exaggerated, with looser belts it less of an issue. How does this look to you? Maybe loosen them even more?

Motion through out the move (x & y) isn't perfectly smooth, there are some that have more and less resistance. Never any obvious binding but might be thats what's causing it.
Note. Mine still jumps
But my graphs are okay.
It maybe also a idler or pulley concentricity error that can't really be fixed without buying expensive stuff.

Do you know of a place selling high quality idlers and pulleys that for sure would be straight? Could be worth a try, unless they are stupidly expensice..
Gates.
