error displaying github project list

When clicking on "+New" and selecting the GitHub repository, nothing is displayed, even though the application is configured. I've done other deploys before, but now nothing appears

could you try leaving it open to the page where you'd pick a github repo for a few minutes?

I did that, I left the page open for more than 15 minutes and unfortunately nothing appeared
