Understanding impact of pricing changes

I am trying to understand if/how the pricing changes would affect me. I have only been using railway to host a tiny app which tracks my blood sugar (T1 diabetic). My usage has been so low that I've 100% of the time fallen well under the $5 discount/month of the developer plan, making it free. When I go to the billing section it isn't indicating that my cost will change, but I want to make sure. When I read discussions about it, it sounds like the $5 discount is going away and the minimum cost would be $5/month. Is that correct?
If I want to avoid that, could I suspend my project, or do I need to delete the account?

You can copy your project's id by pressing Ctrl/Cmd + K -> Copy Project ID.from the information provided you will have the minimum 5$ fee waived, but you would not get the 5$ monthly credits back since you have never paid a non zero bill, you would just pay purely for usage, if your app took 1$ to run, you will now have to pay that 1$
