project id is : 247ea72e-37a7-403e-80a3-26c4acbe4169
the url is :ryder-app-production.up.railway.app
i want to integrate a payment service, and in the whitelist ip section, i added the ip address i got from looking up my app on railway, i do not have a custom domain name yet, i am making use of the automatic generated domain name from railway, but the payment platform keeps saying the ip address is not allowed to make the request

Since your container runs on aws-west servers, the ip changes frequently, so you'll need to whitelist every ip either by disabling ip restriction or by specifying
0.0.0.0/0
.they do not accept that
i have also bought a domain name and pointed it to railway via cname records, still it doesnt come up//it just redirects to a blankpage right now
who did you buy the domain from
from namecheap
great, show me a screenshot of the DNS settings in namecheap
it comes up now but, my ip is address still sows the previous one which is the one belonging to railway which changes frequently, and isnt suppoted by my patement gateway, is there a workaround to this, can i get a way to get my own ip address while my files are on railway ??
there is no way to get a static IP with railway at the moment
* shows ... want i intend to achieve is the make my ip address a different one from d default provided by railway, which changes frequently and isnt supported by my paymeny gateway, they also do not support ranges too..
who's your payment gateway
payment gateway is paystack
it's the leadin payment gateway in africa, owned by stripe...
ah I have no experience with them, if they don't accept some type of wildcard, catch all, CIDR range, then you will simply not be able to use railway for this usecase
i dont know about wildcards, but i will send u a screenshot of their rules
